Help paying for Child Care
The Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) works with Aldridge Early Learning Center to provide state assistance to families who are Illinois residents, income qualified and in an approved activity such as employment, attending school, are a recipient of Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), teenage parent enrolled in a full time school or GED program. Iowa Department of Human Services
The Iowa Department of Human Services (IDHS) provides Child Care Assistance for families who are Iowa residents, income eligible and in an approved activity including being employed, participating in an approved education program, PROMISE JOBS activities, or (for a limited time) looking for employment. DHS provides Childcare Assistance regardless of financial means to children in protective custody arrangements.
